TJ Carter has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of sales and customer care. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at OptConnect, initially as the Director of Customer Care, then as the Director of Partner Success, and currently as the Director of Channel Sales. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, they were employed at Grant Victor as the Director of Customer Care.
