Mike Nihem

Mike Nihem is the COO at OpTech. Prior to joining OpTech, Mike served as Vice President, Recruiting, Sales & Operations at Brightwing from January 2017 to December 2019. Before Brightwing, Mike was Managing Director - Michigan & Ohio - Finance & Accounting at Randstad USA from January 2012 to December 2017. Mike began their career at ManpowerGroup where they served as Branch Manager from January 2008 to December 2012. Mike then joined Robert Half as a Staffing Manager from January 2005 to December 2008.

Mike Nihem attended Michigan State University and Sacred Heart Major Seminary.

They work with Les Hays - VP, Business Development & Sales, Laura Ziegler - VP, Marketing, and Renee Torres - Director, Human Resources. Their manager is Ronia Kruse, Co-Founder & CEO.
