Debra Leonard

Debra Leonard serves as the Regional Appraiser Lead at Opteon USA since April 2021, where responsibilities include supporting leadership initiatives for appraisers and ensuring the timely delivery of quality valuation reports. In addition, Debra has been a Certified Residential Appraiser for Leonard Appraisal since August 1990, focusing on residential appraisals and reviews. Previously, Debra worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Collateral Underwriter III from February 2017 to November 2018, evaluating appraisal content and conducting multi-level risk assessments. Debra also gained experience as a Quality Control Appraiser at Fannie Mae from October 2010 to September 2013.
