Lee Trice

Lee Trice, SRA, FRICS, currently serves as Managing Director at Opteon USA since December 2022, having previously held the position of EVP Strategy & Growth within the same company. With a strong background in corporate strategy, M&A, and customer and staff appraiser growth, Lee Trice significantly contributed to Opteon Appraisal as EVP at Valucentric, LLC, from January 2013 to March 2022. Additionally, Lee Trice was the principal of The Trice Group from March 1987 to March 2022. Educational achievements include a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
