Robert Wingader is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in appraising and municipal finance. Currently serving as a Commercial Appraiser at Opteon USA since May 2022, Robert co-founded The National Municipal Bond Exchange, Inc. where responsibilities included acting as Corporate Secretary and Treasurer while developing market microstructure and maintaining financial records. Previous roles include COO/CIO at Twin Oaks Finance Advisors, LLC, and Consultant from 2006 to 2013. Robert also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago, teaching Business Statistics and Information Systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Operations from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Master’s in Finance with a focus on Risk Management from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Knox College.
