Alekhya Reddy

Alekhya Reddy is the current Director of Product at Optera. Prior to this, they worked as an Analyst at Cross Asset Solutions & Strategies at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they specialized in originating and structuring transactions in the alternative energy space. Alekhya has also worked as an Operations Research Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital, where they quantified key drivers of delays in the pre-surgery patient process. Additionally, Alekhya has interned at Pfizer, First Wind, National Institutes of Health, and the Inter-American Development Bank.

Alekhya Reddy graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a dual degree in mathematics and management science (operations research).

Their manager is Jason Denner, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Britt Daiss - Sustainability Project Director, Melanie Gower - Director of Design, and Mitch Voss - Sustainability Project Director.
