Kylee Donner

Kylee Donner is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Opti9 Tech since July 2022. In this role, Kylee processes onboarding for new employees, administers benefits, assists with payroll, prepares offer letters, and conducts HR audits. Prior to joining Opti9 Tech, Kylee was a Front Desk Coordinator at Innovative Dental Care, where responsibilities included managing schedules, collecting paperwork, and overseeing social media and the business website. Additionally, Kylee worked in Human Resources for Bennington Public Schools, overseeing employee benefits and administering timekeeping systems, as well as at Omaha Public Schools, where Kylee managed onboarding and payroll for substitute staff.
