Ajay Jain

Ajay Jain is the Vice President of Research at the BioPharmics Division of Optibrium, where they focus on computational approaches to drug discovery. Previously, Ajay founded BioPharmics LLC, which developed leading software solutions in computational drug design, and served as Professor at the University of California, San Francisco, where they conducted research in computational chemistry and biology for over two decades. Ajay's academic journey includes a PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and dual BS degrees in Computer Science and Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota. Their career spans various roles in applied computer science, including positions at Iconix Pharmaceuticals and Arris Pharmaceuticals.
