Douglas Rosa is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience in driving digital transformation and technology strategy across global markets, focusing on SaaS growth and customer success. They currently serve as the Head of Customer Success LATAM at Optibus, where they lead operations across four countries and oversee the project lifecycle of a cloud-native transportation management platform. Previously, Douglas held various leadership roles, including Head of PMO at EcommIT and Head of Technology at Momentum Empreendimentos Imobiliários, where they implemented agile methodologies and drove significant operational efficiencies. Douglas is trilingual and possesses deep expertise in software engineering, infrastructure modernization, and tech-driven innovation.
