Per Gabell has over 25 years of experience in the public transit industry, having served as the President and CEO of Volvo Bus Latin America from 2003 to 2013. Following this, Per worked as a Senior Consultant in public transit and public concession management from 2013 to 2019. Currently, Per is a Strategic Advisor at Optibus, and holds board positions with Alsacia & Express, the largest bus operator in Santiago, Chile, and Recaudo Bogota in Colombia. Per completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Electrical Engineering at Yale University.
