Ravid Rodney is an experienced professional in solution engineering and customer success, currently serving as the Solution Engineering Team Lead at Optibus since November 2019, having previously held roles as Customer Success Manager and Solutions Engineer. Prior to Optibus, Ravid worked at Appsee from November 2016 to November 2019 as a Presales Engineer, where responsibilities included serving as a technical point of contact for potential customers and coordinating closely with various departments. Ravid also managed the Technical side of Pre and Post sales processes as the Presales, Onboarding and Support Team Leader at Appsee. Earlier experience includes serving as a Presales and Support Engineer at Experitest and as a QA Engineer, where Ravid developed expertise in technical support, customer relationship management, and quality assurance. Ravid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
