Weber, JD/MBA, is a seasoned business leader who has held key positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and corporate legal advisor across various industries, including healthcare and technology. They served as Managing Partner at Hollymeade Group, LLC, and held a nine-year tenure on the Board of Directors for Home Care Delivered, Inc., where they significantly contributed to the company's growth. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and corporate governance, they have been a pivotal figure in numerous high-growth companies. Craig has also practiced law at McGuireWoods and Sullivan & Cromwell, focusing on corporate finance and strategic transactions, while currently serving on the Board of Directors for Optical Cable Corporation.
