Tim Zhao

Tim Zhao, PMP® is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in telecommunications and project management. Currently at OptiComm Co Pty Ltd since October 2017, Tim oversees projects involving fibre network rollouts in New South Wales. Tim previously held positions at TPG Telecom, managing a team of 13 Project Managers for large-scale fibre projects, and Optus, where responsibilities included leading infrastructure design and overseeing network delivery for major telecom programs. Tim's foundational experience began as a Telecoms Research Analyst at Market Clarity, coupled with roles in engineering and project support at various educational institutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and a Project Management Professional certification.
