Helen Waugh

Helen Waugh is the Head of Operations at OpticoreIT, an IT consultancy based in London, where they have been since 2020. Prior to this role, Helen served as a Client Services Manager at OpticoreIT and as an Account Manager at CACI - Network Services, managing a substantial portfolio of high-profile clients. They began their career in recruitment and operational support, gaining valuable experience at Intersect Recruitment and Tomorrow Communications. Helen earned a BA in Geography from Queen Mary University of London and continues their education at Yarm School and Hymers College.
