Håkan Liedman

Håkan Liedman has a diverse work experience starting from 1987. Håkan began their career as the Manager of Development of Logistics at Sockerbolaget AB, where they were responsible for capacity planning, storage, and transportation. Håkan also developed new concepts for the supply area and managed a joint venture for selling sugar technology to developing countries.

After that, they joined Industriell Logistik AB as a Senior Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for restructuring the company and managing the daily operations. Håkan also served as a senior consultant and project manager for various consulting services.

Liedman then joined LM Ericsson (Sweden) and held multiple roles, including Director of Operational Strategy, Factory Manager, Manager of Logistics, and eventually Chief Information Officer/Vice President of IT. In this latter role, they were responsible for managing a budget of 12,500 MSEK and 5,000 employees, reducing costs, consolidating the IT environment, and establishing an enterprise-wide forecasting and reporting process.

After their time at LM Ericsson, Liedman worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associated Partner before joining Danaher Motion. At Danaher Motion, they held several positions, such as General Manager, Vice President of Global Projects, and Vice President of Kollmorgen Controls. Håkan was involved in establishing new businesses, developing automation systems, and implementing growth strategies.

Following their time at Danaher Motion, Liedman worked at Sandwich System AB as the President. Håkan was responsible for overall operations and successfully implemented active sales processes and lean production strategies.

Liedman then joined Opticos as a Senior Consultant and Change Management Leader, where they worked until 2015. Håkan later became the Managing Director of Opticos West AB, a leading professional services firm focusing on sourcing advisory and IT enabled business transformation services.

Currently, Liedman serves as the Vice President and Head of Business Development at Opticos. This role involves leading business development efforts and contributing to the company's success.

Håkan Liedman pursued their education at Lund University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration.
