Optics 1
Eric Mayo is a seasoned production program manager currently employed at Optics 1 since May 2023, following a diverse career in operations management. Prior experience includes serving as operations manager and production supervisor at L3 Technologies from June 2018 to January 2023, where Eric was responsible for leadership of the ATPIAL product line. Eric also held the position of production supervisor at Amphenol from March 2017 to February 2018, specializing in advanced circuit manufacturing. Additionally, Eric served in the New Hampshire National Guard as a platoon leader from October 2010 to August 2017, overseeing military police operations at Kandahar Air Field. Earlier, Eric was the director of facilities at Catholic Medical Center from March 2014 to September 2016, managing maintenance and regulatory compliance for a large clinical space. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire, complemented by military training in military police operations.
