Robert Watts

Robert Watts has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Robert started their career as an Estimator at Northeast Contractors, Inc in 1987 before moving on to Hamilton Standard - United Technologies as a Program Manager in 1989. From there, they worked at ACT Manufacturing as a Program Manager - Business Development, Paceline Systems as a Supply Chain Manager, and Mack Technologies as a Business Unit Manager. In 2005, they joined L-3 Communications - Insight Technologies as a Program Manager and later became the Director of Product Assurance. In 2012, they transitioned to Heckler & Koch USA where they served as the Director of Quality Management, US Operations. Robert then moved on to Titeflex Corporation - Titeflex Aerospace as the Manager of Program Management before becoming the Vice President of Operations at Optics 1 in 2018.
