Optics 1
Ryan Bouchard is a Senior Test Engineer at Optics 1, responsible for managing the workload of technicians in the Test Engineering Department and determining the necessary equipment for testing and manufacturing new products. Previously, Ryan held the position of Manufacturing Transition Engineer, focusing on transitioning prototypes into full production and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at Jewell Instruments, where Ryan designed inertial sensor products and developed production documentation and processes. Ryan began a career in engineering as an intern at Osram Sylvania, creating test equipment for automotive lighting. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Daniel Webster College.
