Steven Lamper

Steven Lamper has a extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Steven started their career as a Technical Associate at Elbit Systems of America in 1982, where they supervised production workers and set up production schedules. Steven then worked at Mil power source as an Sr Engineering Technician, assisting in product development and conducting failure analysis. After that, they joined Semiconductor Circuits Inc as a Product Engineer, where they designed and modified converters. Following this, they worked at L3/ Warrior systems/ Insight Technology as an Engineering Associate/ Engineering Lab Supervisor, assisting in the development and modification of various products. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Product Transition Engineering Manager at Optics 1, before becoming the Director of Transition Engineering, leading the manufacturing engineering teams and driving the transfer of designs and processes to manufacturing.

Steven Lamper attended NHTI, Concord's Community College from 1980 to 1982, where they earned an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering.
