OptiDetect is a computer vision startup that enables fast deployment and easy scaling of defect detection, quality control, and production analytics.

We help manufacturers unlock the power of computer vision and visual language models without the usual complexity, long projects, or heavy upfront investment. Our edge-based solution is designed for real production environments — simple, secure, and ready to deliver value from day one.

OptiDetect operates on a single edge computing device, connected to one or up to four cameras. Each system comes with a pretrained computer vision model that only requires lightweight fine-tuning using the client’s on-site data. No large data migrations, no cloud dependency, and no lengthy development cycles — just practical AI that works where production happens.

Because everything runs locally, all visual data stays on the client’s premises and within the local network. This ensures maximum data security, low latency, and reliable operation even in demanding industrial environments.

Integration is straightforward. Through a robust API, OptiDetect seamlessly connects with existing ERP, MES, and analytics systems, turning visual insights into actionable production data.

Our business model is as simple as our technology:
• No CAPEX investment
• No complex infrastructure
• One device, one solution
• Subscription-based monthly fee

OptiDetect lowers the barrier to adopting industrial computer vision, enabling companies to transition from idea to impact quickly — improving quality, reducing waste, and gaining real-time visibility into their production processes.
