Derek Parris

Derek Parris is a Partner at Optify, where they currently implement custom services and manage quality assurance, business analysis, and system administration. Previously, at the Center for Creative Leadership from 2022 to 2023, Derek served as a Business Process Analyst, leading key process improvements and facilitating training sessions. They also held various roles within CCL, including Business Systems Manager, where they oversaw the Coaching Nexus platform and developed new features. Derek earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kentucky and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Guilford College.
