Jan Nelson, EdD, PCC, is an executive coach, leadership and organization development consultant, and adjunct faculty member. With over 30 years of experience as a global business human resources leader at GE HealthCare, they now coach and facilitate individual leaders and teams to achieve significant growth and navigate complex changes. Currently, Jan teaches in graduate programs at William & Mary and the University of Richmond while also serving as an executive leadership coach at Optify and as the President of Nelson Coaching & Consulting, LLC. They hold a Doctorate in Executive Leadership and are committed to lifelong learning and curiosity as essential tools for effective leadership.
