Pam Krulitz has a long and varied work history. Pam began their career in 1986 as a Manager at Accenture, where they served as a programmer, technical support expert, Q/A tester, team lead, and project manager on engagements in the health care and telecommunications industries. In 1991, they became the Principal and CEO of Perspective Technology Corp., where they led the company through a technology transition from mainframe application development to vendor-neutral client/server service offerings. Pam was responsible for all strategic decisions during this period of rapid growth, from annual revenue of $1m to over $8m while maintaining industry-leading profit margins. In 1996, they became the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Idea Integration, where they led Perspective to over 30% annual growth and shifted the technology focus from client/server based systems to internet-based applications. In 2004, they founded Perspective Leadership Development, a coaching and consulting firm serving clients nationwide. In 2011, they took on roles as Managing Partner at Paravis Partners and Faculty at Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. Finally, in 2022, they became a Member of the ICF Platform Coalition Advisory Group.
Pam Krulitz obtained a B.S. in Computer Science from William & Mary in 1986. In 2004, they obtained a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Facilitation from Georgetown University. In addition, they obtained a number of certifications from various institutions, including the iEQ9 from Integrative Enneagram Solutions in 2021, the Key Polarities Indicator from Andiron in 2021, Insights Discovery from Insights in 2018, Certified Holacracy Practitioner from HolacracyOne in 2016, The Authentic Leader Facilitator from The Leadership Circle in 2012, The Leadership Circle Profile from The Leadership Circle in 2009, Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Federation in 2008, The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series in 2008, Center For Creative Leadership 360 Assessments in 2005, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator from CPP in 2003.
