Optigrade delivers practical, value-driven ore sorting and processing solutions through deep expertise in sensor-based technologies and flowsheet optimisation.

We were founded with a clear mission: to unlock in-field value through the strategic deployment of sensor-based sorting and operational intelligence. Our team brings decades of hands-on experience in ore sorting implementation across Australia and globally, including testwork programs, sorter integration, and operations. This is backed by deep expertise in toll treatment, plant optimisation, and flowsheet design.

We support clients across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage resource characterisation to turnkey BOO/BOOT implementation models. Optigrade is focused on delivering solutions that perform on the ground, not just on paper.
