Subhakanta Panda

Subhakanta Panda has over two decades of experience in engineering and project management across various industries. Starting as a Manager for Power Plant Operations at Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. from October 1998 to January 2005, Subhakanta later took on the role of Senior Design Engineer at WFI, contributing to major projects for Verizon, Sprint/Nextel, AT&T, and T-Mobile. As a Project Manager at LCC from October 2006 to February 2009, responsibilities included leading the re-homing of 120 Base Station Controllers for T-Mobile. Subsequent tenure at Nokia from March 2009 to January 2019 involved serving as Head of Process & Tools and later as Global Process & Automation Leader, focusing on process excellence and digital transformation. Currently, Subhakanta works as Program Solution Manager at OptiGroup AB, managing a significant S/4 Hana deployment project. Educational credentials include Corporate Learning in Accelerated Leadership from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers of India, Kolkata.
