Optihuman Technologies Private Limited is a performance technology company building intelligent digital systems designed to improve how people train, move, and perform.
The company was created with a clear objective: bring structure, clarity, and measurable progress into the fitness ecosystem through well-designed technology. From day one, Optihuman Technologies has focused on building long-term digital infrastructure rather than trend-driven applications. The company operates with a core team of six members across product, technology, and operations, and is backed by early-stage funding that enables sustained product development and strategic growth.

What We Stand For
- We believe performance should not depend on guesswork.

- We believe structure creates consistency.

- We believe technology should simplify discipline, not complicate it.

Optihuman Technologies combines structured training principles with intelligent systems to create products that are practical, scalable, and outcome-focused. Our approach emphasizes clarity, personalization, and measurable progression over noise and short-term trends.

Our First Product : PLANQ
Planq is the company’s flagship product — an adaptive workout planning platform built to deliver structured, personalized training programs.

Planq is designed for individuals who want more than generic templates. The platform builds programs based on individual goals, experience levels, equipment access, and daily inputs — ensuring that training remains aligned with real-world schedules and performance patterns.

The focus is simple: help users train better, stay consistent, and see progress without overthinking their routine.

Our Mission
To build practical, intelligent systems that make structured performance accessible at scale.

Our Vision
To become a global leader in Fitness technology that support long-term physical development, accountability, and growth.
