Vicki Rowley

As HSEQ Director, Vicki is responsible for providing support and guidance to the CEO and Leadership Team on HSEQ matters, as well as the delivery of the strategic HSEQ Improvement Plan. Vicki manages a team of HSEQ professionals, providing day to day support to ongoing Optilan Projects worldwide, as well as business facilities in all the countries of operation.

Vicki has been working in the HSQE arena for over 15 years and has worked across industries including industrial manufacturing, engineering, service and FMCG. Vicky has held roles at all levels up to Director level in HSQE and is NEBOSH qualified and on the path to pursuing her chartership status.
