Hayley Hoffman

Hayley Hoffman has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Hayley currently holds the role of Solution Design Engineer at Optilogic Inc. since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Value Solutions Consultant at Coupa Software from January 2021 to July 2022. From January 2020 to January 2021, Hayley worked as a Solution Designer at LLamasoft, Inc. Hayley also gained experience as a Solution Design Intern at the same company from May 2019 to January 2020. Before transitioning to the technology sector, Hayley worked at Michigan Medicine. Hayley held various roles including Lead Research Laboratory Technician from September 2015 to August 2017, Senior Research Laboratory Technician from September 2013 to September 2015, and Assistant Research Laboratory Technician from May 2012 to September 2013.

Hayley Hoffman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Their undergraduate education was completed at the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from 2008 to 2012.
