Prior roles include quality assurance and construction management at Van Oord and Societatea de Constructii in Transporturi Bucuresti, where Andrei developed and implemented quality control programs and collaborated with project planners. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Electromechanical Technology and Mechanical Engineering, along with certifications in project management and quality control, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of engineering and project execution.
