Drew Massih

Drew Massih has extensive experience in sales and management roles within the medical device industry. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Sales at Optim LLC, where they oversee 32 ENT Distributors in the U.S. and manages the sales of flexible nasopharyngocopes scopes and FEES testing packages. Prior to joining Optim LLC, Drew worked as an Area Sales Manager at Intersect ENT, Inc., which is now a part of Medtronic. Drew'sresponsibilities included managing sales activities in a specific area from June 2020 to December 2022. Drew also gained experience as a Product Specialist/Territory Sales Manager at Veracyte, Inc. from June 2019 to June 2020. Before that, Drew served as a Market Development Sales Manager at Obalon Therapeutics, a startup, from September 2016 to April 2019. Drew'srole involved driving sales and market development initiatives. Drew also worked as an Endoscopy Account Manager at Olympus Corporation of the Americas from November 2013 to August 2016. Drew's sales career started at Cochlear Americas in December 2006, where they served as an Area Sales Manager and had the responsibility of selling Cochlear Implants and Baha Implants to hospitals, ENTs, and audiologists in Georgia, Alabama, and the panhandle of Florida. Additionally, they managed a cross-functional team of four individuals. Prior to Cochlear Americas, Drew worked at a startup called Restore Medical as a Territory Manager from September 2004 to December 2006. Drew'srole involved sales of Palatal Implants for Obstructive Sleep Apnea to ENTs, oral surgeons, and pulmonologists in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Drew's earliest experience in the industry was as a Territory Manager at Medtronic, where they worked from February 2000 to September 2004.

Drew Massih graduated from The University of Georgia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology and Physics. From 2006 to 2009, they attended Georgia State University and earned an MBA in Organizational Management.
