Ann Britten

Ann Britten is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at Optima Machinery Corporation since October 2016, Ann oversees recruitment, benefits administration, wage and compensation, and personnel policy development. Previously, Ann held similar positions at Wisconsin Converting Inc. and BPM, Inc., where responsibilities included managing accounting and HR functions. Ann's career began as a Controller at Woodland Village Nursing Center, overseeing accounting, IT, and HR operations. Ann holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UW-Green Bay.
