Kyle Will

Kyle Will is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Pharma Service Team Leader and Service Account Manager at Optima Machinery Corporation since March 2015, Kyle has previously held multiple roles, including Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Project Manager at H&CS Custom Designed Solutions from May 2014 to February 2015. Prior to that, Kyle worked at Oshkosh Corporation - Defense as an Associate Engineer - Design, contributing to the development of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle. Additional experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Product Handling Concepts, LLC, and a Mechanical Designer at PDQ Manufacturing. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Design Technology from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
