Stephan Henk has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Fachvorgesetzter Zeichnungserstellung, ISO-GPS process engineer, and Ausbilder für technische Produktdesigner at OPTIMA packaging group GmbH since October 2010, alongside a role as a mechanical engineer and trainer at Optima consumer GmbH. Prior to this, Stephan worked as a project manager and procurement manager at esmatec from August 2008 to September 2010, and as a standardization engineer at groninger & co. gmbh from February 2004 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a State Approved Mechanical Technician degree in Machine Designing and a REFA Professional degree from the Technical School of Technology Crailsheim, as well as being an IHK Approved Trainer. Stephan began his career with an Industriemechaniker degree in Machine and Systems Engineering at groninger & co. gmbh from 2000 to 2004.
