Rooted in contemporary attachment theory, relational neuroscience and trauma-informed thinking, Optima delivers rigorous professional training that moves beyond theory into lived, relational practice. The Level 5 and Level 7 programmes in Attachment Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Attachment-Focused Supervision equip practitioners to work confidently with complex attachment dynamics, relational trauma and unconscious process.

Optima also runs immersive retreats for therapists, creating space for reflection, restoration and deeper integration of learning. These retreats combine teaching with experiential and relational work, supporting practitioners to reconnect with their own attachment narratives while strengthening clinical presence and resilience.
