Hap Oakley

Hap Oakley has extensive work experience in business development, sales, and marketing roles. From 2023 onwards, they worked as a Partner and Head of Business Development at Optima Partners Compliance Advisory. Prior to this, they held positions at Reorg, starting in 2015, where they served as the Global Head of New Business for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC until 2022. Hap also worked as a Senior Director for EMEA from 2015 to 2019. Hap Oakley had a role as the Director of Investor Relations and Marketing at Real Estate Private Equity in 2014. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Gerson Lehrman Group. Before that, Hap Oakley served as an Assistant Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Vista Research, a division of Standard & Poor's (UK), between 2003 and 2007. In this role, they were responsible for launching the UK operations of Vista Research and managing sales, account management, and marketing.

Hap Oakley completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from St. Lawrence University from 1997 to 2001.
