Kenzi Klein

Kenzi Klein has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 as an Office Assistant at Madeira Family Practice. In 2010, they worked as an Assistant at Betsy Zelek Marketing Services. In 2011, they worked as an Intern in Business Development Operations at Coyote Logistics. After that, they were promoted to Team Lead in Customer Management, then Team Lead in Enterprise Operations, and finally Manager in Enterprise Operations at Coyote Logistics, from 2012 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Director of Recruiting at Northwestern Mutual. In 2020, they were a Strategic Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager at Shipwell. Currently, they are the Director of Operations and Director of Customer Success at Optimal Dynamics.

Kenzi Klein attended The Ohio State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
