At Optimal Performance Consultancy (OPC), we specialise in high-performance wellbeing and the optimisation of true potential. Our current focus is on elite sports, especially professional football, where the psychological demands are immense and often overlooked. At the same time, our work continues to support CEOs and business leaders facing equally high pressure in different arenas.

Our roots lie in corporate transformation, helping businesses create healthier, more productive workplace cultures by supporting the people at the top.

Whilst we work with employee wellness, we know the greatest ripple effect often begins with the leader.

CEOs and senior executives face extraordinary demands - many are high-achievers who rarely slow down, even when under pressure. It’s not always easy to admit when something feels off, or to know how to break through the invisible limits of stress, self-doubt or burnout.

What makes our approach different is that we work at the deeper level. Using advanced subconscious techniques, we help individuals identify and shift the mental and emotional patterns that are holding them back — often in ways they didn’t realise.

This same work is now helping elite athletes, especially professional footballers.

These athletes face high expectations, public pressure and career uncertainty. All while trying to stay mentally sharp and emotionally stable.

At OPC, we help them:

* Rebuild confidence after injury or setbacks
* Access peak focus and performance under pressure
* Break through mental blocks and overthinking
* Build long-term emotional resilience
* Reconnect with their identity beyond the game

We’re not therapists who dwell in the past or coaches who rely on surface-level mindset tools. Our work is strategic, evidence-based and personalised, producing measurable shifts much faster than many other therapies.

Whether you are leading a business or stepping onto the pitch, your mental edge determines your outcomes. Our mission is to help
