Steve Cantor

Steve Cantor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and business management. As the Founder of Otherfoods Kitchen since January 2019, Cantor leads a shared kitchen facility that supports food producers operating under certified Department of Agriculture standards. In addition, Cantor serves as the CEO of Optimal Process, implementing software tools that enhance business processes across various markets, while also designing and maintaining custom business software applications. Early career experiences include roles as a Software Programmer/Analyst for FedEx and a Software Programmer at Holiday Inn, where significant contributions included the development of key reservation and management systems. Cantor holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Memphis, completed in 1979.
