More Than Recovery

Optimal was built from a shared passion for sport, performance and the constant pursuit of getting better.

Founded by Jamie and James, Optimal started with a simple belief: training hard is only part of the equation - how you recover matters just as much.

Built By People Who Train

From CrossFit, HYROX, ATHX to marathons, ultra-marathons and long training blocks around full-time jobs, we know what it feels like to push your body and expect a lot from it.

We built Optimal for people like us - people who train hard, live busy lives and want products that genuinely support performance, recovery and consistency.

Built For Everyday Athletes

Optimal is for the people chasing more.

More consistency. More progress. More from the work they put in.

Whether you are training for your next event, balancing fitness around work and life, or simply committed to showing up for yourself, we built this brand for you.

Push.Past.Possible

Optimal is more than a product - it is a mindset.

A commitment to doing things properly, showing up consistently and refusing to settle for average.
