Anass Jdaa has extensive experience in agile methodologies, having served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at PAYONE from June 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included implementing an agile culture and developing a scaled agile model for the organization. Currently positioned as a Scrum Master at OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Gruppe since January 2022, Anass focuses on the implementation of Scrum within a SaaS product development team and facilitates workshops while coaching the product owner in agile practices. Anass holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Fachhochschule Kiel, completed in 2018, and has also passed the Feststellungsprüfung during studies at Studienkolleg der FH Kiel in 2014.
