Jana Blankenhagen

Jana Blankenhagen has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Jana began their career in 2001 as a Bereichsleiterin at VIDEO WORLD GmbH Pantenburg and held this position until 2008. In 2008, they joined OPTIMAL SYSTEMS GmbH as a Teamleiterin Personalmanagement, a role they held until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Head of Human Resources at OPTIMAL SYSTEMS GmbH, and as of September 2021, they are currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at the same company.

Jana Blankenhagen obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirtin degree from Technische Hochschule Wildau, completing their education from 2003 to 2008. Jana also holds a certification in "Human Resources Manager" from Quadriga Hochschule Berlin, obtained through a professional compact study program.
