OPTIMAL SYSTEMS was founded in 1991 in Berlin, where the company's headquarters are located to this day. The OPTIMAL SYSTEMS Group meanwhile acts throughout Europe and has 16 subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Serbia. With a staff of 508 employees, we develop and distribute products and solutions for enterprise content management (ECM) which are in daily use by more than 2300 installations.
