Optimal Tech Partners is a technology company that recruits. Most of the best builders are employed and never applying, so we built a system that finds them, reads the real signal behind the resume, and reaches them credibly, paired with elite recruiters who close. We place senior engineering, leadership, and GTM roles for venture-backed startups, and put the candidate you actually want in front of you in one to three weeks. Over $165M in cash and equity deployed. A 91% offer-acceptance rate. Our public talent wall, the Paddock, shows a fraction of the 100,000+ engineers in the network.

Behind the system is a 15-year recruiting track record: 540+ placements at companies including Google, Unity, and Rivian, across two IPO arcs, Unity from Series B through its public listing and Rivian from Series D through its public listing. We have built teams at companies backed by Sequoia Capital, Silver Lake, BlackRock, SoftBank, and Index Ventures.
