Frances Sink

Frances Sink is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in product education and training. Currently serving as the Training and Enablement Manager at Optimal since 2025, Frances empowers teams through engaging, role-based training that enhances user research adoption. Previously, in roles at MuleSoft and Salesforce, they led significant initiatives to expand training programs, including launching a self-paced course that achieved over 20,000 completions and managing certification events at international conferences. Frances holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology and Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
