Shayne Shepherd

Shayne Shepherd is an Investment Director at Pioneer Capital, where they focus on investing in New Zealand businesses targeting growth in international markets. Shayne has held various leadership roles, including Director at Optimal Workshop and The Rees Hotel, as well as consulting positions in M&A and business development. They previously served as Investment Manager at Pioneer Capital and have extensive experience in corporate finance and risk analysis from their time at GE Capital and ASB Bank. Shayne earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and later received a Master of Commerce and Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Sydney.
