Lauren Hodges

Lauren Hodges is a performance engineer at Optimal. Lauren has also worked as a software engineer, web administrator, and certified pharmacy technician.

Lauren Hodges began their career as a certified pharmacy technician at Walgreens in May 2013. Lauren worked there for three years before moving on to Coram CVS/specialty infusion services in June 2016. Lauren worked as a certified pharmacy technician at Coram CVS/specialty infusion services for just over a year before leaving to work as a web administrator at Core Paws in August 2018.

In September 2019, Lauren Hodges began working as a software engineer at LQH Consulting LLC. There, they developed front-end UI with React, Typescript, HTML, and CSS. Lauren also built an application database with MongoDB, Node.js, and Express. Lauren Hodges left LQH Consulting LLC in February 2022 to begin working as a performance engineer at Optimal.

Lauren Hodges has completed an onsite full stack web development bootcamp at Coding Dojo, a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Gustavus Adolphus College, and an HTML, CSS & Web Design Circuit from General Assembly. Lauren is certified in Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

Lauren Hodges works with Viktor Gagaleski - Performance Engineer, Fiann O'Hagan - Principal Performance Engineer, and Eli Williamson - Performance Engineer. Lauren Hodges reports to David Sooter, Director, Front-End Performance Engineering.
