Chaojun Shu has extensive experience in sales and business strategy within the semiconductor and technology industries. Currently serving as Director of Japan Sales at Optimal+ since May 2013, Chaojun is responsible for regional business strategy, marketing, and customer engagement. Prior to this role, Chaojun held positions at Teradyne from September 2003 to August 2012, serving as both Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager, where responsibilities included business and pricing strategy and customer relationship management. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and Toshiba, focusing on semiconductor equipment and solution sales. Chaojun holds a Master of Business Administration from Prefectural University of Kumamoto and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Beijing Language and Culture University.
