Yechiel Levi

CTO at OptimalQ

Yechiel Levi started their work experience in 2007 as a Security Software Developer at the Israel Defense Forces. There, they designed security software in the field of network protocol filtering. Yechiel later became a Security Researcher, presenting findings and working independently in the field of Cyber-Security. Yechiel also took on the role of Software Development Team Leader, managing teams and projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. In 2011, they transitioned to a Security Specialist and Consultant role, where they designed and implemented plans for Information Security integration into IT projects and conducted security risk and vulnerability assessments. In 2013, Levi joined Ericsson as a Senior Software Engineer but left in 2015 to become the CTO at OptimalQ.

Yechiel Levi obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.C) in Computers from The College of Management Academic Studies, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have also earned certifications in different fields. In 2010, they obtained a certification in Certified Hacking Forensics Investigation from EC-Council. More recently, in May 2020, Yechiel received the MB-200 Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core certification from Microsoft.

OptimalQ uses big data predictive analytics and thoughtful algorithms to develop a real-time technology that helps call centers reach more leads. It designs the product to increase answer rates and help select the customers who are most receptive to a sale. It provides a customer availability platform that identifies when people are physically andemotionally available to take sales calls. Its technology capitalizes on customer information such as time zone, country, and age, and adds real-time information to the lead selection process. It currently offers three main products: Insight API that users can integrate with any CRM in the market; OptimalCall, a fully automated real-time lead selection system; and ActiveLeads that gives sales agents real-time availability notifications and allows them to make smarter choices when deciding which lead to call.
