Arvind Sharma

Arvind Sharma is a seasoned finance professional with over 28 years of diverse experience in financial management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Country Manager for Optimas Solutions since January 2020, Arvind previously held the position of India CFO at Cooper Standard from August 2017 to January 2020. Arvind's expertise includes freelance consulting at Saraansh Consulting, where contributions spanned business setup, policy design, and corporate governance. Earlier in the career, Arvind served as CFO/Head Finance & Accounts at Linamar, where responsibilities included establishing greenfield operations in Pune, and as Finance Controller at Daimler AG, managing financial targets for commercial vehicle platforms. Arvind’s foundational experience was gained at AVTEC Limited and General Motors India, where initial roles involved financial reporting and management across various functions. Arvind holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, MLSU, and a BCom in Accounting from Mohanlal Sukhadia University.
