Eric Gilbert

Eric Gilbert has extensive experience in global operations and business systems development, holding the position of VP of Global Operations and Implementation and CIO at Optimas Solutions since July 2015. Prior to this role, Eric served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Anixter Inc from October 2011 to July 2015 and held various positions at Anixter Inc from 2005 to 2011, including VP of Business Systems Development. Additional experience includes a tenure at Ryerson Steel from 1986 to 1995 and early roles in the purchasing and project management sectors. Eric holds a Bachelor of Public Administration degree from Wayne State University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
